We are doing a Science project on an animal's habitat. Student's are allowed to pick any animal that they
like and must include pictures of the animal, along with a story and a few written pieces. This assignment must
be handed in on a piece of bristol board and is due on May 30th.

Remember we have an up-coming trip to the Woodland Cultural Museum on February 11th. Permission slips are
due by February 7th along with parent volunteer drivers and chaperones. We will be leaving the school at 12:30 pm and
returning at 3 pm in time for the buses.

In the News...Welcome Parents! This site is also for you. It will keep you up-to-date as to the goings-on
within our class and with your child(ren). Please allow and encourage your children to visit the site on a daily basis
so they too can see how it all works and see that they too can have an input into their learning. Our school policies
are outlined with registration packages but just to remind you that exta-cirricular activities do depend on the completion
of homework and school projects and just day to day involvement.
For all of you National Lacrosse Fans out there... Who received the
Most Valuable Player Award in the 2008 Championship Game between the Buffalo Bandits and the Portland LumberJax?
